The Deal Advice™ is just that: Advice on how to get into negotiations and what to do once there. The deal can be for equity, licensing, sales, alliances, etc. The report has three sections. The first one focuses on reopening doors to at least one potential Phase III partner identified in your Phase I support from Foresight. Next we provide advice on what terms to seek in the deal. Our emphasis is on how to extract value and how to make the deal fair. Finally we provide some general insights on how to negotiate.

What is as important is the opportunity to discuss your deal with a team consisting of a Foresight certified Principal Investigator and one of Foresight's senior deal-makers.
