Seeport™ SBIR - Foresight's EPA SBIR Commercialization Assistance Program


Welcome! There is no charge to you for this Program. All Foresight costs are paid by EPA under a separate contract between Foresight and EPA. For EPA we offer support to Phase I and Phase II awardees. Most Phase I awardees receive our Technology Niche Analysis ™ ( TNA™), a market research report and mentoring which not only helps you prepare for writing your Phase II Commercialization Plan but also introduces you to potential Phase III partners and others willing to write letters of support for your proposal. Phase II awardees are eligible for our Deal Advice™ service which reopens doors to a target and provides a term sheet plus advice for negotiations. How Foresight spends the $4,000 alloted by EPA for your support depends on what you need. We are very flexibile so long as the focus of our work is on activities that help commercialize the technology EPA has funded. To see other examples of services, follow this link. For those desiring a deeper exposition, Commercialization 101 is designed to interface with The Art and Science of Technology Transfer, by Foresight Founder Phyl Speser, J.D., Ph.D. It may be purchased on-line from John Wiley and Sons, the publisher, as well as from Amazon, Barnes and Noble and other leading vendors. MarketPlace MarketPlace is a portal where buyers and sellers of technology can meet. Our work on your behalf provides you all the data you need to create a profile and be listed.
